My Prayer For 2018

I have often spoken to you,  Abba Father as your son and child but tonight I wish to be a little more formal in order to better convey my wonder and awe and respect Amazing God of Hosts! ! I worship you in spirit as these truths magnify your name::

You alone are the one true God: You are the God and Father of My Lord Jesus Christ: Everything in heaven and on earth and under the earth has it's origin in you: Everything I see is of you: Everything I don't see is also of you: Nothing exists outside of your creative word and all is serving and will serve your glorious loving purposes as the eons unfold: I love you Father: I honour you tonight at the end of 2017 and the beginning of another year. The eons are unfolding and this third Eon, the wicked Eon, is now self destructing and rushing inexorably towards the conclusion long written in the Book:

You are the author and mastermind of this Grace wherein we stand: You are lavishing it out so freely in this present dispensation and packaging it with such servings of peace, lest anyone try to add law or effort to what is already complete. Your ways are marvellous: I feel so tremendously safe in your plans and in your heart: Oh the depths of your wisdom and goodness! My finite mind fails!



Oh mighty Father thank you for those whom who have placed in my life: From Mayo to Ireland and UK and USA and Europe. They are todays Saints in that they have one way or another been extricated from this wicked age: They are also  believers in Christ Jesus as you Father also have opened the eyes of their understanding The glorious light of the gospel of Grace of the risen Christ Jesus is beginning to flood in:  Many of them are suffering temporary  pain and loss and loneliness but they all are all outside the area of jurisdiction of the enemy. Thank you Father for each one of them: You know them by name ...Nothing now or foever can separate them from your love: Lets celebrate God in music and dance:: My joy overflows!

Thank you Father for choosing me and these others long before sin existed: My human mind finds comfort in knowing I was sealed long before sin existed so sin which came afterwards can never penetrate that seal and ruin the spiritual me: Father we have no word in English for that choosing as its not only past tense but as operative today as when it first occurred: I marvel that you have declared in advance where it is all going and that I am destined for the position of a son: the measure of the stature of the fullness of the Christ: Such knowledge is too wonderful for me: It almost frightens me



I and all saints were birthed in your thought life and that conception was so bathed in your unconditional  Love it will ferry us safely over all the dark pitfalls  of hate and violence:

Thank you again Father for what you are revealing and have already revealed: I want now to take all that knowledge and , like Mary, hide it all in my heart . Make me more and more the very image of Jesus in 2018 and beyond .. just as Jesus is the very image of you Father.
